Payroll Checks

You have the following options to pay your employees

Direct Deposit: After each pay period Global Wages will deposit each individual employee’s paycheck directly into the account of his or her choice. This is done from a Global Wages account after transferring the required funds from your account. This will allow for easy reconciliation of your bank statements, and convenience of distribution.

Global Wages Checks: Global Wages will prepare all payroll checks from it’s own account, after the transfer of the required funds from your account. The checks will be delivered to you in sealed envelopes. This allows for easy reconciliation of your bank statements.

Client Checks Signed: These checks are processed and printed by Global Wages and include your printed signature. The difference is that these checks are written from your account. These checks will be delivered in sealed envelopes.

Client Checks Unsigned: These checks are written from your account and arrive to you still requiring your signature.

Manual Checks: Global Wages will only process your payroll and pay your payroll taxes. We will then provide you with the information and you will write out the checks yourself.
